Начнём с того,что букет отличается от того,который в карточке товара. Не критично,конечно,но не очень приятно. А вот с доставкой и сервисом совсем беда...курьер довёз товар только через 2 часа после того,как магазин отметил заказ,как завершенный. Мало того,что накосячил с доставкой, так еще и нахамил получателю. Вместо приятного сюрприза получили испорченное настроение... связываться с этим магазином больше никогда не буду и другим не советую.

Вместо заказанных мной 8 пирожных привезли две половины бенто тортика. И потом долго еще не отвечали в чате. И сказали, что это те же пирожные, но нарезаны по-другому 🤣🤣🤣 Пирожные, к слову, 4ех разных видов…

В жизни больше не закажу в этом магазине. Ожидание и реальность просто! Попросила менеджера магазина добавить шары, а мне сказали, что уже отправили. При том что я заплатила за две цифры и 4 шара, могли бы хоть додуматься и вместо второй цифры (мне нужна была одна) добавить шаров в заказ. Но видимо на это ума не хватило. Мне пришлось заказать шары в другом месте. Спасибо за испорченный день рождения ребенка! 👍🏻
