По мимо того что доставили холодный кофе и торт сникерс вообще не разу не сникерс просто шоколадный торт,бог с ними ,Не доставили букет в заказе Ромео. Я так же написал магазину они сказали что букет был отправлен и сказали посмотреть фото которое они мне выслали на фото букет был но скорое всего так это была ночь ,просто забыли положить,я перезвонил курьеру,курьер сказал что букета в заказе не было,получатель тобишь моя девушка проверила багажный отсек курьера не каких букетов там не было.Итог мое испорченное настроение так как я хотел сделать сюрприз на день рождения в полном объеме. спасибо шарики хотя бы были надуты и пирожное было вкусное.Я бы очень хотел что бы доставили букет до получателя,в ином случае компенсацию в полном размере за позицию Ромео. Заказала маме на день рождения цветы и вот что они выслали! Просьбу выслать новые свежие цветы проигнорировали и посоветовали «поставить эти цветы в воду». Больше никогда у них ничего заказывать не буду

Если приложение позволит выложу фотки, того что заказывала в подарок и что пришло. В целом заказ выглядит жалко, совершенно не соответствует рекламной картинке. Цветы не тол ко другого цвета, но и совсем выглядят отлично от рекламы. Мелкие цветы в высокой коробке мельчат еще больше. Тоже самое и с десертом, зачем ложить в такую крупную коробку чтобы все выглядело таким мизерным. Это подарок на 72-летие, очень разочарована. Если еще цвет коробки со мной согласовали, то то что цветы будут вообще другие нет!
