Здравствуйте! Мы оформили заказ на доставку цветов к юбилею (80 лет) с указанием времени — 8:30. К сожалению, доставка задержалась на 3 часа, связь с магазином отсутствовала, на наши уточнения по срокам не отвечали. Первую попытку привезли в 11:00, но к тому моменту все гости ушли, дома никого не было, хотя мы предупреждали ситуацию.
