Отвратительное обслуживание. Один заказ просто отменили, хотя с получателем уже было согласовано время доставки. Второй заказ привезли поздно вечером. Сначала уверяли, что курьер будет через час, но этого так и не произошло. Только после долгих споров и угрозы отмены заказа его наконец доставили. Сам курьер сообщил, что магазин выдал заказ только в этот момент, из чего можно сделать вывод, что проблема именно на стороне магазина. Если вы не справляетесь с нагрузкой, не нужно принимать такое количество заказов. В итоге праздник был полностью испорчен. Не рекомендую данный магазин.

Все отлично. Свежее, целое. Но был нюанс. Предварительно не позвонили. Курьер набрал уже перед дверью, чтоб спросить какой подьезд. Хорошо, что адресат был дома. А если бы нет?)) хорошо бы звонить перед тем как везти) а то кататься туда сюда цветы будут.
