The problem was solved, they sent a new bouquet, and this time it was perfect: the scent, the color, and the flowers felt fresh and glue-free. I'd like to point out that the Bento cake was delicious; I recommend it to everyone. I'll leave the issue here, but I'll change my mind for the better.
I ordered a bouquet for 5,000 rubles (a considerable amount of money). Instead of fresh flowers, I received three painted carnations that bear no resemblance to real flowers. The petals are hard to the touch, like silicone or plastic, and most importantly, they reek of chemicals and Chinese glue. The smell is so strong that it's impossible to keep the bouquet in the room (it overpowers all other odors). There are visible white marks from the varnish on the stems.
P.S. I don't mind the money, but it completely ruined my girlfriend's mood.
