Bonsai imitates the form and proportions of a real tree in nature, but on a smaller scale. Bonsai — a symbol of harmony, balance and contemplation.
Care Guide
? Light A bonsai needs bright, diffused light but no direct sunlight, especially during the summer. It's best to place the tree by an east- or west-facing window. In winter you can use additional lighting (grow lamps). ? Watering Watering depends on the species of tree, the season and indoor conditions, but in general: The soil should always be slightly moist, but not waterlogged. Check the soil with your finger: if the top layer has dried — it's time to water. It's better to use settled water at room temperature. In hot weather watering up to 2 times a day is possible, in winter — less often. Do not allow water to stagnate — bonsai have sensitive roots.
