Watering (infrequently, but precisely) · Rule: It's better to forget to water than to overwater. · How: Water only after the soil in the pot is completely dry (check with your finger to a depth of 2-3 cm). · Frequency: In summer - every 1-2 weeks, in winter - every 3-4 weeks (or even less often). 2. Light · Can grow in both full sun and partial shade (in the back of the room). · Important: If you placed it in the shade, do not suddenly move it into bright light (it can cause burns). 3. Soil and Pot · The soil should be loose. A ready-made mix for cacti and succulents (or universal soil + sand/perlite) is suitable. · The pot should be shallow but wide, with drainage holes. Add a layer of expanded clay to the bottom. 4. Temperature · Comfortable: +18…+26°C. · Protect from drafts and cold windowsills in winter. 5. Fertilizer · Only during the growing season (April–September), every 3–4 weeks. Fertilizer for cacti or ornamental foliage plants is suitable. · Do not fertilize in winter. 6. When to repot · Young plants – once a year (in spring). · Mature plants – once every 3–5 years, when the roots begin to protrude from the pot. What it DOESN'T LIKE: 1. Overwatering (branches turn yellow and tubers rot). 2. Cold and wet soil at the same time. 3. Leaf polish (the polish clogs the pores). Simply wipe off dust with a damp cloth.
