Delivery

On Flowwow, there are items in different categories that can be delivered in as little as 30 minutes after you place your order. Use the ‘Delivery within 90 min’ and ‘Ready-made’ filters to find them.

The delivery cost depends on the distance from the shop to the delivery address, how urgently the order is needed and the shop’s delivery rates. To find out the exact delivery cost, enter the delivery address first and then start browsing items.
If you don’t know the address, the seller will ask the recipient for it. They will then arrange payment of an additional delivery invoice with you.

If you’ve entered the delivery address, you’ll see the earliest available delivery time on each item card. For urgent delivery, use the ‘Ready-made’ and ‘Delivery within 90 min’ filters.
You can place an order up to one week before delivery. Select the day and time in the top menu next to the address: ‘As soon as possible’ → ‘By a specific time’.

It’s difficult to predict traffic conditions, especially during rush hour, so Flowwow uses delivery time slots. On regular days, the delivery time slot is 30 minutes; on holidays, it’s 1–2 hours. We don’t offer delivery at a specific time, but you can discuss this option with the seller in the chat.

After delivery, the shop changes the order status to ‘Completed’. You’ll be notified through the channel you used to place the order:

• • on the website — by SMS;
• • in the Flowwow mobile app — by push notification;
• • by email, if you’ve provided an email address in your profile.

You can place an order at any time. The courier will deliver it during the shop’s business hours, which are shown in the shop description. If you’ve entered the address, the estimated delivery time will appear on the item card straight away.

You can check it in your Personal Account or the Flowwow mobile app, depending on where you placed your order. If you ordered on the website, you’ll receive an SMS whenever the status changes. If you ordered in the app, we’ll send you push notifications. You may also receive updates by email.

If you’re not satisfied with the delivery, mention it in the comments when rating the shop and courier. If you’d like to tell us about what happened, contact us so we can help. Log in to your Personal Account, select Help Centre and describe the situation in the window that opens. On the website, you can rate the courier when leaving a review.

This option isn’t available. If you need to contact the courier, send a message in the order chat.

When placing your order, you’ll see an estimated delivery time. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders the shop has, the size of your order and traffic conditions. If the courier is running late, send a message in the order chat.

Check the order status — the courier may be running late but already be on the way. If the status is ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received the item, message the seller in the order chat in the mobile app. Select ‘Delivery question’ to open the relevant window.

Yes, you can place an order for delivery in any of the 1,700+ cities where Flowwow operates. Each city has its own unique selection from local brands. Once you select the city you need, the catalogue will show offers from local shops. Simply choose an item and place your order as usual.

On the day of delivery, the seller will send the recipient an SMS to confirm the address and a convenient time to meet the courier. If the recipient doesn’t reply to the SMS, the courier will call them before delivering the order.
If you’ve scheduled delivery for another day, the seller will message the recipient in the first half of the delivery day.
You can check the selected delivery time in the app or on the website under ‘Orders’.
