Can't sign in to your Flowwow account?

Here's how to resolve the issue:

- Check that the phone number format and digits are correct, with no typos or missing numbers;
- Restart your phone;
- Check your mobile balance and signal strength – the signal should be full or no more than one bar below full;
- Make sure incoming SMS messages are not blocked;
- Request the code again – you can do this 3–5 times;
- Make sure you enter the right code.
