If your order has not been delivered to you, but you have received a notification of its completion, you can open a dispute with the performing shop, where the seller can comment or offer their ways to rectify the situation.

According to Flowwow's policy, during a dispute, you can discuss with the executing shop the item replacement, a compliment, or a refund. The executing shop may also offer you a discount on future purchases. If the shop does not respond to the dispute, then our support service will resolve it.
You can initiate a dispute within 3 calendar days after the delivery has been completed.
