"Enter code"
The scammer sends a message to the user in the messenger with the following content: "Hello, I am an employee of a flower shop, let's clarify the delivery details. Now you will receive a message with a code - name it, this is for the courier." The user receives two messages at the same time: one with a code for authorization on the marketplace, the second with a code for logging in to the State Services. Fraudsters hope that the user will be careless and that he will provide the code to enter the State Services.

We remind you: we never write to anyone in messengers. This is also prohibited for store employees. All communication between the user and the seller is only in the app chat or on the website. A code is sent to the SMS, which must be entered in a special field. There is no situation in which this code needs to be shared with someone. Flowwow does not have managers who write on social networks and request codes from customers.

"Place an order right here and now"
Scammers introduce themselves as marketplace specialists and offer to place an order. They ask for data, get paid, and then disappear.

We are for transparent and secure payment. Log in to Flowwow and pay for your order on the website or in the mobile app with a bank card, SberPay or FPS. We have no intermediaries and representatives. If you are offered to pay for the order in an alternative way, do not agree, it may be intruders.

What to do if scammers write to you?
Attackers introduce themselves as an employee or seller of Flowwow, and then offer to place an order, log in or receive a gift. Here's what we recommend:
1. Copy the user's nickname.
2. Make screenshots of the message.
3. Pass the screenshots to @flowwow_support_bot.
4. Report the profile so that the SKAM inscription appears and other users know that these are intruders
