Quality issue with the item

If your order has been completed, but you believe it was done incorrectly, of poor quality, or incomplete, and you want compensation, you can open a dispute.

A dispute is an opportunity for customers to protect their interests and funds in the event of receiving faulty items or not receiving them at all.

To open a dispute, rate the execution of your order after delivery. If you rate it as 1 or 2, you will be prompted to open a dispute. If the dispute remains unanswered by the shop, Flowwow support will resolve it in your favour.
