Safety of funds

When you place an order, the amount you spent is temporarily held, or ‘frozen,’ by your bank for future deduction. At this point, your bank reduces the available balance on your card by the amount you’ve spent but does not deduct it from your account.

In fact, the funds will only be debited from your card when the bank receives financial confirmation of the transaction – that’s when the order is completed.

The funds are held by Flowwow (not the shop) from the moment they are deducted and for a minimum of 3 days after delivery is completed, allowing time for any questions or disputes about the order.
