Delivery

How do I track the delivery?

Once the courier picks up the order, its location will be displayed on the map in your order. To contact the courier, please open the 'Incoming' section, where you will find the chat with the shop regarding your order and a phone number for more immediate communication. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, you will get two phone numbers: the shop's and the courier's.
Please note that the courier must prioritise safety and traffic rules, so they may not answer calls while driving.
