I would like to cancel my order

You can cancel the order with one click until the shop changes its status to 'Photo.'
In the mobile app: open your order and click on the circular icon (in the top right corner of the screen). Then select the 'cancel order' option.
On the website (desktop or mobile version): in your account, go to the order page and click on the 'cancel order' button.

If you need to cancel an order that is in the 'photo' or 'delivery' status, please contact the executing shop to coordinate the cancellation.
