Why was my order cancelled?

This can happen if the item is out of stock or if the wrong delivery city was selected. Simply choose a new item from another seller and place a new order. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to your card within up to 10 days, though the exact timing depends on your bank and can sometimes be much quicker.
