Why was my order cancelled?

The seller may decline an order for various reasons, such as item unavailability, wrong delivery city, etc. However, don't worry; you can choose another item from a different seller.

The authorised order amount will be refunded to your account shortly. Flowwow automatically cancels the transaction, and it may take from 5 minutes to several working days for the funds to be unfrozen in your account.
