What is a dispute?

A dispute helps protect your money if there's something wrong with your order, the item doesn’t match the description/photo, or wasn’t delivered.
To open one, rate the order 1 or 2 stars in the order page – a special chat will open where you and the seller can discuss the issue.
The seller may offer a refund, a replacement, a gift or a discount. Flowwow may also issue a promo code.
If the seller doesn’t respond within 72 hours, Flowwow steps in as an independent mediator.
